I look out my window I see my town
I see my people I see how they live
and I see the danger the will to survive
inside vacant houses the forgotten lives
talk aint worth alot
your life was lost before you ever copped
politicians die the night dissolves to dawn
and I could only love you til your love was all gone.
I see the beggars I see the thief
I see the king that rules the streets
and i see the guardian I see his code
a noble lone shadow who'll challenge the throne
talk aint worth alot
your life was lost before you ever copped
politicians die the night dissolves to dawn
and we could only love you til your love was all gone.
I see my city I feel its love
but I see its pain from my window above
These guy's love the Devin townsend's Epic sound Which sounds as if its from another reality, And they make their own Hyper yet drifting Similar to seeing a comet whizzing by the atmosphere. A joy to witness but over, As soon as the majesty of it all sinks in! John Chaos Alexander
A truly stellar death/doom album with heavy doses of black metal. Tracks like Isolation, Child of Light, and Broken Hymns deliver the sorrowful and icy tone of this album, elevated by the stirring cello compositions of Raphael Weinroth-Browne. The album delivers a deeply satisfying crescendo in Becoming Intangible before stirring the soul once again with Epilogue. Matt Richardson
The subtle melancholic atmosphere created by M.S. and J.J. is some of the best atmospheric story telling i have ever heard in music and there is a reason this album is my favorite. Shores of Eternity
